Return Policy:

We work very hard in manufacturing products that are durable and reliable. However~ if our products do not hold up (within a period of one year from the date of purchase) due to defective material or workmanship then we will repair or replace the garment upon our inspection.

Returned goods must have a return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund or credit within 20 days of shipment from Nema warehouse. Merchandise shipped over 20 days previous is non-refundable.

Your credit card is completely secure.

Securing your information is our main concern. We have created several safeguards to keep your information totally secure. To continue to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs “Secure Sockets Layer”, (SSL) technology to insure your protection.

“Secure Sockets Layer” encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside the store.

Only our store will have your information.

2008 DEALER TERMS AND POLICIES
 
Our goal at NEMA is to provide authorized dealers with the highest form of protection from unfair competition.  We therefore, require proof of dealer authenticity before establishing an account.  The minimum order to establish an account is $500.00.  
All reorders must total a minimum of $100.00 before shipment can be made.
 
TERMS:
All orders are subject to credit approval. Upon credit approval, NEMA will establish an open account credit limit and a minimum Net 30 Day Policy.  Any account unable to gain credit approval will be shipped COD or credit card (Visa, MC, Am Ex).  Any dealer whose check is returned due to non-sufficient funds will receive a $25 charge-back and be placed on credit card only status.  All accounts must be current before another order is shipped.
Pre-season orders may qualify for extended dating and additional discounts.
 
PRESEASON ORDERS:

2008 Spring/Summer preseason orders must be placed before October 15th for delivery before December 31. 
 
RETURNS & WARRANTIES:
We work hard to manufacture products that are durable and reliable.  However, if our products do not hold up (within a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase) due to defective materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the garment 
upon our inspection.  Returned goods must be FRESHLY WASHED, have a return authorization code and a copy of the original invoice.  Unused merchandise may be returned for an account credit within ten (10) days of shipment from the NEMA warehouse.  Merchandise held over ten (10) days is non-refundable.
 
BACK ORDERS:

All back orders totaling $100.00 or more will automatically ship UPS Ground unless canceled by the dealer.  We will make every effort to contact the dealer to advise shipment of product. Back orders totaling less than $100.00 may be held until next shipment date.  Dealers may request a no-back order status.
 
SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless accounts requests otherwise.  Any order discrepancy must be reported to NEMA within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. For more information on UPS's shipping policy, please visit www.ups.com.
